I won't really pay attention to this counter at all. In my opinion, reits is about the getting good rental income and for its stability and good returns to the shareholders. Unless the overseas property is a must grab property, I would say that the overseas exposure is too much and uncertain for me to want to invest. The different government and structure maybe a disadvantage to the business. (Just some personal feel)
