HONG KONG - Hong Kong's economy was expected to see negative growth in the first half of 2009 due to the global financial crisis, Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang said on Monday.
Mr Tsang also said the city's gross domestic product posted negative growth in the fourth quarter of 2008. -- REUTERS
