Singapore Budget 2009, what's up!

What are we hoping to hear from Budget 2009? The developers are hoping to hear a tax rebate on their development projects. The tenants and business owners are hoping for a lower rent. The people are hoping for a better ang pao package and a reduction in transportation fees.

I think our government has led us through many uncertain, bad times and they definitely will see us through this crisis. That's for sure. We would have been in a worse position had the government not plan for our integrated resorts, public works, F1 race, volvo race, Singapore Flyer. They foresee and they visualize the future of SIngapore better than we can imagine.

The beautiful city we saw during the F1 race held in Singapore during September 2008. It was spectacular and I cannot forget that image of a city THAT DOESNT Look like Singapore. IN short, I have never seen Singapore so beautiful before.

Well, as Obama tries to revive the hope of Americans, I believe our government will do equally well.

I foresee very interesting moves from the government. Something different.

What will you do if you were the Government?

1. Plans to restore jobs
2. Intensive help to the elderly, low income citizens ( To have better health care benefits Eg, rebates )
3. Throw in some concessions, tax rebates to help individuals
4. Educate the public ( Take this chance to prepare and to give hope to everyone)
5. Strengthen the Government's branding.

Everything is about marketing and communicating to bring the best in a leader. Alright, Government, please show me you care! I need a big ang pao to buy shares!
