The ST Index went up by 20.95 percent. This is mainly due to Capital Land where investors showed a positive side to the news announced yesterday.
I personally like Capland for the management and the balance sheet looks good.
The few counters that are worth looking at would be Capital Land, Keppel Land, SIA, Singtel, DBS, UOB.
