SINGAPORE: Singapore conglomerate Fraser and Neave (F&N) said it has issued S$108 million worth of fixed-rate bonds. They carry a coupon of 5.5 per cent.
In a filing to the Singapore Exchange, F&N said the notes will mature in March 2016.
The bonds are part of its S$2 billion multi-currency medium-term note programme which it established in 2007.
F&N said the net proceeds will be used for working capital and to refinance existing debt. - 938LIVE/vm
